- Manage multi-line phone systems and direct 100+ daily calls efficiently
- Greet and screen all visitors with exceptional professionalism
- Coordinate executive calendars and complex meeting arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Maintain secure visitor access protocols and issue visitor badges
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including document preparation
- Support HR functions onboarding and new hire paperwork
Qualifications
- 3+ years receptionist or administrative experience in corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and polished phone etiquette
