Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route 50+ daily calls
- Coordinate executive calendars and complex meeting arrangements
- Greet visitors and provide administrative support to C-suite executives
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Maintain digital filing systems and confidential documentation
- Assist with special projects including event coordination
- Support HR functions onboarding and offboarding processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate receptionist or executive support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Professional demeanor with polished business appearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
