Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and route incoming calls to appropriate departments
- Greet visitors warmly and coordinate access to secure areas
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Schedule conference rooms and coordinate catering for meetings
- Maintain digital filing systems and update visitor logs
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry
- Support HR department with onboarding paperwork
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
