Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional professionalism
- Greet and screen visitors in a corporate setting
- Coordinate executive calendars and meeting arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain reception area presentation and supplies
- Assist with administrative tasks (data entry, filing)
- Support HR functions onboarding and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
