Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 100+ daily calls
- Coordinate complex appointment scheduling across 15+ departments
- Process patient registrations and insurance verifications
- Oversee visitor badge issuance and lobby security protocols
- Prepare daily correspondence and executive communications
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and catering services
- Maintain office supply inventory and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 3+ years receptionist/front desk experience in healthcare
- Proficiency in Epic EMR and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional multitasking and conflict resolution skills
- Professional appearance and polished communication style
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- CPR certification required
