Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and route calls to appropriate executives

- Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendar management
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments
- Maintain reception area appearance and inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation
- Support HR functions onboarding new hires
Qualifications
- 3+ years receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
