Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls, transferring inquiries to appropriate departments
- Greet and screen visitors, ensuring seamless access to executive offices
- Maintain professional reception area with impeccable presentation standards
- Coordinate complex calendar scheduling for executive team across multiple time zones
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with tracking protocols
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense report processing
- Support office operations including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years corporate receptionist or executive assistant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with grace
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification required
