Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route 50+ daily calls
- Greet and screen all visitors with warm, polished demeanor
- Coordinate executive calendar management and meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage supply inventory
- Maintain digital filing systems and document security protocols
- Support HR functions onboarding and visitor badge procedures
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
