Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Greet and screen visitors with professional demeanor and security protocols
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Assist with onboarding new members and building access management
- Prepare reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Collaborate with facilities team for event setup and space management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years corporate receptionist or executive assistant experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional appearance and polished business etiquette
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience managing access control systems (e.g., keycards, visitor software)
