Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls
- Greet and screen visitors with professional demeanor
- Coordinate executive calendar management and meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages daily
- Maintain reception area presentation standards
- Assist with vendor coordination and office supply inventory
- Support HR onboarding processes for new hires
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate reception/front desk experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Professional appearance and polished etiquette
- Experience working in luxury service environments preferred
