Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct high-volume calls to appropriate departments
- Greet and screen visitors with exceptional professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate executive calendars and meeting logistics using Outlook/Google Suite
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Support administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry
- Maintain pristine reception area with seasonal dΓ©cor updates
- Assist with event coordination for office functions and client meetings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate receptionist or administrative experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems (Avaya/Octel experience a plus)
- Ability to lift 20 lbs for office supply management
- Valid New York State driver's license (for occasional courier duties)
