- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls
- Coordinate executive calendar scheduling and meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Oversee visitor registration and security protocols
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation
- Maintain reception area appearance and supply inventory
- Support HR with new hire onboarding paperwork
Qualifications
- 3+ years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Professional demeanor with polished presentation
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, scanners)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
