Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume switchboard operations, professionally directing 50+ daily calls
- Greet and screen visitors, ensuring seamless check-in procedures
- Coordinate complex executive calendars and meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new employees
- Maintain digital filing systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with departments on event planning and catering coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in executive reception or front desk roles
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Discretion handling confidential executive communications
- Professional appearance and polished phone demeanor
- Associates degree or relevant certification preferred
