Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call routing and etiquette
- Coordinate executive calendars and complex meeting arrangements
- Greet and screen visitors with professionalism and discretion
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with accuracy
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense report submissions
- Maintain reception area with pristine standards
- Support HR and administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
- Associate degree or relevant certification preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
