Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendar scheduling and coordinate complex multi-departmental meetings
- Handle high-volume call routing and triage for 15+ executive leadership team members
- Oversee visitor protocol including badge issuance, escort services, and conference room management
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply procurement within budget
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure confidential data protection protocols
- Coordinate catering and logistics for executive events and client meetings
- Support HR initiatives including new onboarding welcome experiences
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years in corporate reception or executive support role
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with professional demeanor
- Proven ability to multitask competing priorities with composure
- Discretion handling confidential information and sensitive situations
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for occasional errands
