Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ extensions and professionally route all incoming calls
- Greet and screen all visitors, ensuring proper security protocols and VIP handling
- Coordinate complex executive calendars and manage meeting room reservations
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense report processing
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure confidential document security
- Support administrative team with document formatting and presentation preparation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate receptionist or executive assistant role
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and scheduling software
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation
