Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route 50+ daily calls
- Oversee visitor check-in process and issue security badges
- Coordinate executive calendar scheduling and meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Prepare professional correspondence and executive communications
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding paperwork processing
- Maintain pristine reception area and common spaces
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Associates degree or relevant certification preferred
- Knowledge of DC metropolitan area transportation systems
