- Manage multi-line phone system with 100+ daily calls and triage inquiries
- Greet all visitors with exceptional hospitality and coordinate access protocols
- Coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain reception area presentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document management
Qualifications
