Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system, screening and directing calls professionally
- Coordinate executive calendars and schedule complex appointments
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Greet visitors with warm hospitality and coordinate access protocols
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional ambiance
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Support HR functions with onboarding paperwork and orientation coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of corporate receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
