Responsibilities
- Manage professional front-desk operations including call routing, visitor management, and mail processing
- Coordinate executive calendar management and meeting logistics for C-suite leadership
- Maintain security protocols by issuing visitor badges and monitoring access systems
- Support administrative functions including travel arrangements and expense report processing
- Collaborate with facilities team to ensure lobby presentation and office amenities
- Act as liaison between departments to facilitate seamless internal communications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate receptionist or executive administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software (Calendly, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments while maintaining composure
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential executive information
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with office management systems (e.g., Concur, ServiceNow) a plus
