Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls, screening and routing inquiries
- Greet and screen visitors with professional demeanor in executive lobby
- Coordinate complex executive calendars and meeting logistics across departments
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage shipping/receiving operations
- Order and maintain office supplies and reception area presentation
- Assist with onboarding coordination for new employees
- Support administrative tasks for executive team including travel arrangements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years corporate receptionist or executive support experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and polished phone etiquette
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency with scheduling software (Calendly, Office 365)
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification required
