Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Coordinate executive calendar appointments and complex meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Greet visitors with exceptional customer service and coordinate access protocols
- Assist with onboarding new hires including badge issuance and orientation materials
- Support departmental projects with document preparation and data entry
- Maintain confidential records and ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years corporate receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask with competing priorities in high-pressure situations
