Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and route calls to appropriate departments
- Greet visitors, issue badges, and coordinate meeting room reservations
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Support HR with new hire onboarding documentation
- Maintain digital calendars and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Assist with vendor relations and invoice processing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate receptionist experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification preferred
