Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling etiquette
- Coordinate executive calendars and complex meeting logistics
- Greet/escort visitors with professional demeanor and security protocols
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage inventory of office supplies
- Assist with event coordination for client meetings and corporate functions
- Maintain confidential records with strict data privacy standards
- Collaborate with administrative team on special projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate receptionist/front desk experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments

- Knowledge of basic office equipment (copiers, scanners, AV systems)
