Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call screening, mail handling, and guest reception
- Coordinate complex executive calendars and meeting logistics across multiple departments
- Process incoming/outgoing packages and manage office supply inventory
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and new hire orientation
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy in CRM platforms
- Collaborate with vendors for facility maintenance and event coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume receptionist or administrative experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional appearance and polished phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced corporate environments
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
