Responsibilities
- Manage professional reception area including greeting visitors, screening calls, and managing mail/deliveries
- Coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and complex travel arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain confidential records
- Support office operations including supply inventory, meeting room scheduling, and event coordination
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and report generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive-level receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with polished professionalism
