Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and routing
- Coordinate visitor registration and executive meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office inventory
- Execute digital scheduling for 15+ executives using Microsoft Outlook
- Oversee conference room reservations and AV equipment setups
- Assist with onboarding support for new employees
- Maintain professional reception area appearance and amenities
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate reception/front desk experience
