- Oversee office operations including inventory management, vendor relations, and supply procurement
- Serve as primary liaison for internal and external communications via phone, email, and video conferencing
- Coordinate departmental meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and assist with HR documentation
Qualifications
