- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate departmental events and team-building activities
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting
