Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones
- Prepare confidential briefings, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives requiring executive-level oversight
- Act as primary liaison between executive team, board members, and external stakeholders
- Streamline administrative workflows using advanced Microsoft Office Suite capabilities
- Manage budget tracking, expense reports, and vendor relationships for executive operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced environments
