Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendar, travel arrangements, and complex meeting coordination
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary liaison between executive office and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee special projects and initiatives requiring cross-departmental collaboration
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for executive office
- Coordinate executive communications including email, phone, and video conferencing
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for executive meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive support experience in corporate or fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Strategic problem-solving skills with proactive approach to challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish strongly preferred
