- Manage complex executive calendar, scheduling high-stakes meetings and cross-functional coordination
- Compose and edit confidential communications, presentations, and strategic documents
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary liaison between executive team and internal/external stakeholders
- Lead special projects including event planning, research initiatives, and process optimization
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking with precision
- Uphill confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive support experience, preferably in finance, consulting, or tech
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
