- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and board materials
- Manage expense reports and vendor relationships
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize cross-departmental meetings and corporate events
- Maintain digital filing systems and document protocols
- Support special projects including market research and data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with organizational precision
