Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage confidential information, correspondence, and documentation with discretion
- Prepare and edit executive communications, reports, and presentations
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facilities coordination
- Support special projects including research, data compilation, and event planning
- Implement and maintain organizational systems for digital and physical records
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of administrative or executive support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
