Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management and travel coordination across 15+ time zones
- Compose and edit confidential communications, presentations, and strategic documents
- Oversee departmental budgets, expense reports, and vendor negotiations
- Coordinate board meetings, investor relations, and high-profile client events
- Implement and optimize office operations protocols and digital workflows
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of executive support experience in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Discretion with confidential information and sensitive matters
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and project management tools
