- Executive calendar management and strategic meeting coordination across global time zones
- Complex travel itineraries with VIP accommodations and private jet coordination
- Board materials preparation and confidential document management
- Financial reporting coordination and expense reconciliation for executive team
- Stakeholder communication management across investors, portfolio companies, and partners
- Process optimization initiatives for executive workflow efficiency
- Event planning for offsites and executive retreats
Qualifications
- 5+ years executive support experience with C-suite executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar tools
- Discretion handling confidential information and sensitive situations
- Proactive problem-solving with exceptional anticipatory skills
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (VC/tech preferred)
