Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Organize and maintain efficient office systems and filing protocols
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes
- Assist with special projects and research tasks as assigned
- Manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
