Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing appointments
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organize office operations, including supply inventory and vendor management
- Assist with project coordination and meeting preparation
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
