Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility management
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Assist with special projects and event planning for executive leadership
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for departmental operations
- Support onboarding processes and new team member integration
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred but not required
