- Manage complex executive calendars, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office Suite proficiency
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and initiatives with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage expense reports, budget tracking, and vendor relationships
- Lead onboarding processes for new team members and interns
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive support experience at director/VP level
- Expertise in calendar management, meeting logistics, and travel coordination
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Project management experience and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
