Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and prioritizing conflicting demands
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication channels
- Coordinate executive projects, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met through proactive follow-up
- Manage expense reports, budget tracking, and financial documentation for executive departments

Qualifications
