Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and correspondence
- Screen and prioritize communications including emails, calls, and requests
- Coordinate departmental projects and track deadlines using project management tools
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding new team members and maintaining office procedures
- Support executive decision-making through research and information gathering
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive problem-solving approach and adaptability
