Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications, filtering and prioritizing inquiries
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, conferences, and corporate events
- Assist with expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking
- Manage office operations and vendor relationships
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs
- Discretion when handling confidential information
