Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing conflicting priorities
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including inventory management, vendor relations, and facility coordination
- Lead special projects requiring cross-departmental collaboration and research
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience with calendar management and complex scheduling
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements and expense reporting
