Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating cross-departmental communications
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with polished professionalism
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics for executive team members
- Coordinate board meetings, offsites, and special corporate events from conception to execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting C-suite executives in corporate settings
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and confidentiality
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence
- Advanced project coordination experience with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., CAP-OM, CPOS) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required
