Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with polished communication
- Process expense reports, invoices, and maintain financial documentation
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and manage office events
- Implement efficiency improvements using digital tools and automation techniques
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of administrative support experience in corporate or executive settings
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with calendar management across multiple time zones
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
