Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Screen incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining confidentiality.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to critical business information.
- Assist with event planning, including office parties, client meetings, and corporate retreats, ensuring all logistics are executed flawlessly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the company with a positive image.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
