Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders and manage communication channels
- Support departmental projects through data analysis, research, and documentation
- Coordinate onboarding processes and maintain personnel records in HRIS systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience, preferably in tech or corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
- Experience with expense reporting, budget tracking, and invoice processing
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
