Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinating domestic/international travel arrangements and meetings
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite
- Oversee departmental budget tracking and expense report processing
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate office operations including inventory management and vendor relationships
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff
- Implement digital workflow optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years progressive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Expertise with calendar management tools (Calendly, Doodle) and CRM systems
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and diplomatic skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) desirable
