Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex international meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Lead onboarding initiatives for new administrative team members
- Streamline office operations through process improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in corporate or tech environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Project management certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and scheduling tools (Calendly)
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
